Volume 1: 1st Edition

This 1906 first edition text contains seventeen pages of quotes from medical sources D.D. Palmer used to substantiate chiropractic. It also discusses the difference between chiropractic and osteopathy, contains suggestions for adjustments for different diseases, and has a section on vaccination. This text contains many photos of early PSC classes, the interior of 828 Brady Street, and the osteological collection.

This 1910 second edition deals with chiropractic philosophy and scientific principles, relating them to the cause of disease. Included are definitions and information on chiropractic history, adjusting, disease, Innate, pathological conditions, subluxation, the Palmer family history and the Palmer Coat of Arms.

This is a 1917 3rd edition revision of the 1910 2nd edition with minor editorial additions and deletions.
