According to the American Heritage Science Dictionary (2005), nutrition is defined as the process by which living organisms obtain food and use it for growth, metabolism, and repair. The stages of nutrition include ingestion, digestion, absorption, transport, assimilation, and excretion.  This guide will provide you with resources that may be helpful to your studies in nutrition and clinical nutrition.  Use the tabs above for books to choose the resource type you want: books, journals, or web resources (including videos).
