This 1908 1st edition consists of lectures delivered by B.J. Palmer. 

 

Volume 3: 2nd Edition

The philosophy and principles of chiropractic adjustments: a series of thirty-eight lectures. 1st ed. Bartlett Joshua Palmer. Davenport, IA: Palmer School of Chiropractic, 1908-1911. illus.; photos; 567 pp. Volume 3 on spine. No Table of Contents. No Index. Advertisements pp.558-567Frontpieee: Howard Nutting, B.J. Palmer.

This is actually an expanded version of the 1908 1st edition, and gives an explanation of subluxations, their adjustments, and their relationship to disease. Included are definitions, photographs of the B.J. Palmer osteological collection, and information on Innate intelligence, mental and physical currents, the vertebral column, palpation, spinal cord impingements, the atlas, axis, cervical, dorsal, and lumbar vertebrae, sacrum, coccyx, the recoil technique, and practice drills.

 

Volume 3: 1st Edition

A textbook on hygiene and pediatrics from a chiropractic standpoint. 1st ed. John Henry Craven. Davenport, IA: the author, 1924. illus.; photos; 407 pp. Volume 3 on spine. No Table of Contents. No Index. Frontpiece: John H. Craven. Printed in Chicago by the Hammond Press, W.B. Conkey Company.

This 1924 1st edition gives a general understanding of infant care and adjusting, and hygiene information on housing, air, ventilation, heating, lighting, water, school, industry, immunity, germs, disinfection, fumigation, sick room, food, milk, meat, and definitions to hygiene.
